No advance deposit required.

Bookings of €500 or more

A 20% advance deposit is required.

Cancel up to 48 hours before

No cancellation charge.

Inside the final 48h

A charge equal to 20% of the total quoted amount applies.

Based in Alicante. Available beyond it.

Standard coverage includes villas within a 50 km radius of Alicante city. More distant locations are considered subject to availability.

Beyond the included radius

A travel supplement of €0.50 applies for each kilometer beyond the included 50 km radius.

Standard group size

10 to 30 guests. Smaller and larger groups can be quoted individually.

Who communicates with Pepe?

The agency is the primary contact. Requests and confirmations can be handled by WhatsApp or email. Guest-facing communication can be agreed separately.

Can the service be white-labelled?

Yes. Proposals, messages and on-site presentation can be unbranded when requested by the agency.

What if the villa restricts parties or noise?

The property's conditions take priority. The agency must communicate relevant rules, permitted timings and any owner-authorization requirement before confirmation.

Can several experiences be combined?

Yes. Food, cocktails and workshops can be combined into one coordinated villa plan, subject to timing, staffing and location.
